Sales Associate //
Nustorm, an interactive web design company located in Ottawa, Canada, is looking for an outstanding individual to generate revenue and develop long term client relationships for web, multimedia and marketing/design-related projects.

Nustorm's core services include web and graphic design, animation and multimedia design, web copywriting, ecommerce sites, content management, database programming, search engine optimization and website hosting.

We're looking for an exceptional person to find and introduce our services to new clients, both in local and national markets. The key to success will be to identifying the sales and marketing needs of clients and prospective clients, in both on and offline mediums. In addition, you will be expected to consult and plan with clients for both the short and long term—providing solutions that meet their technology, timing and budgetary goals.

The ideal candidate will have a "work hard, play hard" attitude, a passion for working with a team of talented designers and developers, and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilites
+ Uncover and close new business.
+ Respond to client leads.
+ Develop a strong understanding of client's business initiatives, internal processes and industry trends.
+ Help our clients compete more effectively by offering a range of off-the-shelf and customized solutions.
+ Identify key assets and team members for each project and outline needed resources.
+ Able to write proposals based on a template.

Job Requirements
+ Be a "Hunter" – the ability to find and close new business is critical to this position.
+ Have proven experience selling products or services to small and large organizations.
+ Be a pro-active and intelligent team player.
+ Excellent relationship development and management skills.
+ Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Ability to see projects through to completion and ability to handle numerous projects and priorities.

Qualifications
+ Position requires a Bachelors Degree.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management/sales position.
+ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals.
+ Advanced Internet and MS Office (including Power Point) experience required.
+ MS Project, PageMaker 7.0 and/or Visio experience a plus

Experience/Education
+ 3+ years of experience as a B2B sales professional.
+ Production experience in any area of web development a huge plus.
